- This document constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Service and forms a legally binding agreement between User and PirateSwap. By engaging in any purchase or exchange, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. PirateSwap is an online platform that allows its users to resell and trade virtual goods for use in computer games.
WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
- Transactions with Skins fall under the category of digital content or virtual items. Due to their nature, they are exempt from the standard withdrawal rights. Once you have consented to the transaction, whether it is an exchange, sale, or purchase of skins, it is considered final and cannot be undone.
- Transactions involving PirateSwap Balance, Market Balance and PirateSwap Commission are considered fully executed once access to the respective balance or subscription is granted to you. As with skins, this exemption from withdrawal rights requires your prior express consent.
BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THERETO. YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

The Product was not received. Please keep in mind, that:
We start processing your purchase after your payment has been approved. Normally, it takes seconds to confirm your payment but may take up to 7 days depending on your payment method. You may check the status of your payment in your PirateSwap account.

If you purchase a skin that is currently in a hold period, you will get a virtual copy that you can trade during this time. However, you can only add the skin to your inventory once the hold period ends.

Fraudulent transactions. If the purchase was made not by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact PirateSwap Support immediately. We will investigate the case, and if the money is still in our system, we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, the refund is not possible.

If you have not received the product you ordered for any other reason, please get in touch with the PirateSwap Support team. Once we verify that the product has not been delivered, we will initiate the refund process.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT A REFUND?
- By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, in the currency of the purchase, with a deduction of the payment processor's fee. A refund takes about 14 days but in any way, not more than 45 days. In the event your payment method does not support refunds, we will credit the amount of the refund to your PirateSwap balance.
